Valpo Swimming "Lock-In" Schedule & Food Drive Information
We are excited to have a more normal "Lock-In" this year. Attached is a PDF of the lock-in schedule.
Few things of Note...
*We will have Lunch after morning practices roughly around 11:30pm. $5.00 will be needed from each athlete to participate in the pizza and breadsticks. Drinks and sides will be provided. Thank you to the parents who volunteered to bring sides and drinks. Also special thanks to Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Letney in getting this taken care of in short order.
*The Food Drive practice rules and item wish lest form hilltop house are included as well. This is a fun way to have a food drive to help those in need.
*We will conclude with a combined Boys/Girls Intra-Squad meet starting at 3:00pm. Parents and fans are welcome to attend. It should be pretty quick since we only have 1 heat (maybe 2 in some events) of all the high school events but diving. We should be done right around 4:00pm
