The Athletic Department is excited to announce the return of Physical Night on Monday, May 3, 2021, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at VHS. This event is open to all, incoming and current, Valparaiso High School students for the 2021-2022 school year. Physical exams will be performed by doctors and physician assistants from Northwest Health and Lakeshore Bone and Joint Institute. The cost will be $30 per physical. Cash or checks, made payable to VHS Athletics, will be accepted.

For those who might be interested, we will be starting Summer Swim on Monday, April 19th. We will be partnering once again with Valpo Swim Club. Therefore you MUST register with Valpo Swim Club to be able to participate in organized summer swim. You will sign up as a green team member. The registration link is provided below.
