Physical Night by VHS Athletics is on May 3rd

The Athletic Department is excited to announce the return of Physical Night on Monday, May 3, 2021, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at VHS. This event is open to all, incoming and current, Valparaiso High School students for the 2021-2022 school year.

Physical exams will be performed by doctors and physician assistants from Northwest Health and Lakeshore Bone and Joint Institute. The cost will be $30 per physical. Cash or checks, made payable to VHS Athletics, will be accepted. Please enter through door #11 on the northwest side of VHS.

We ask that you have all paperwork completed from the IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Form and the VHS Physical Packet before you arrive at the high school. These forms may be printed from the Valparaiso High School website or may be picked up at the VHS Athletic Office.

COVID-19 health and safety protocols will be in place at this event. Masks must be worn at all times and physical distance must be maintained. If you have questions, please contact the Athletic Department at vcsalthletics@valpo.k12.in.us.
