If you were unable to attend the 2019-20 call-out meeting for swimming and diving, no fear. Click HERE to get the downloadable PDF version of what was handed out. Few things of note. Practices are not required until the start of Official season on November 11th. If you plan on doing pre-season, you must follow the information included to register for USA swimming. If you plan to wait till season official starts, you do not need to do this. IMPORTANT: NO matter which option you choose to do (practice pre-season or start regular season) you MUST have a physical on file to do anything with us. Those will be turned into the athletics office and a green card will be issued and then handed to one of the coaches. If you are coming from a fall sport, your physical is on file and you are ok to practice.
