Make sure physicals are in for start of season

Below is the breakdown of what is needed to fulfill your IHSAA physical packet requirements to compete on the swimming & Diving team.

**Grades 10-12 - If they turned in a physical packet last year, they only need to turn in an updated emergency form and the IHSAA Health History update form.  Both of these forms can be found on the VHS website or in the athletic office.  They do not need to get a new physical.

**Grade 9 - IF they turned in a physical to either TJMS or BFMS they do not need to get a new physical, however, they do need to fill out a new emergency form, IHSAA Health History update plus pages 3-8 of the packet.  Immanuel Lutheran and St. Paul do not use the IHSAA physical so those freshmen must get a physical.

**Any one who did not turn in a physical last year must have a physical done and turn in the entire 2020-2021 physical packet.
